WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
EHHOP is
committed to serving the uninsured of East Harlem. At
this time, we can only see patients that fit the following criteria:
- Have
no health insurances (including Medicaid, Medicare),
- Adults 22 years and older, and
- Residents of East Harlem.
Because we only have a limited number of timeslots available for
walk-in patients, we recommend that you schedule an appointment by
calling 646-942-6519. |
